Description
M4L Series Laser Sight
The M4L laser sight is specially designed to be compatible with the M-Lok rail. The integrated shape design allows it to directly attach to the M-Lok rail without other rail adapters plus makes the laser sight ultra compact the low-profile.
Equipped with a magnetic rechargeable port and just a simple connect to get it charged without any removal or re-zeroing. Also, the strobe laser mode can be activated by double pressing the switch for target marking.

FAQ
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Does this require an adapter to fit my M-LOK handguard? | No adapter needed. The M4L is designed to bolt directly onto M-LOK slots, which keeps the profile low and the part count simple. The mounting hardware is included in the box. |
| Will this work on a standard AR-15? | Yes. It’s a popular choice for AR-15 builds that use an M-LOK handguard. The low-profile design sits close to the rail so it won’t add bulk, and at roughly 1.83 oz (52g) it adds almost no noticeable weight to your setup. |
| How visible is the laser in daylight versus at night? | The green beam (520nm) is bright and easy to pick up. In low light or at night you can see the dot out past 200 meters. In bright daylight it’s more limited — figure roughly 100 yards depending on conditions, which is typical for a laser in this class. Red and blue variants have similar range characteristics with slight differences in visibility by environment. |
| How does it charge, and how long does the battery last? | It charges with a magnetic USB cable that snaps onto the unit — no fumbling with battery doors. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours and gives you roughly 2 hours of continuous run time. For most range sessions or training that’s plenty, and you can top it off easily between uses. |
| Is it heavy? Will it throw off the balance of my rifle? | It’s light — about 1.83 oz (52g). The aircraft-grade aluminum body keeps it sturdy without adding meaningful weight, and the low-profile shape means you won’t feel it shift your balance. |
| Can it be mounted for both left- and right-handed shooters? | Yes. Because it mounts on any available M-LOK slot, you can position it on either side of the handguard to suit your dominant hand or preferred shooting style. Just choose the slot that gives you the most comfortable reach to the controls. |
| What tools do I need to zero it? Are they included? | Everything you need is in the box. The hex wrench used for mounting also works for the windage and elevation adjustments, so you can sight it in without buying anything extra. Make small, deliberate turns when zeroing. |
| Does it have a strobe/blinking mode? | Yes, it offers both a steady-on mode and a strobe (pulsing) mode. The strobe can be useful for signaling or drawing attention, while the constant-on mode is what you’ll use for aiming and zeroing. |
| What laser class is this, and is it safe to use? | It’s a Class IIIA laser rated at 5mW or less. Like any laser, you should never point it directly at anyone’s eyes and should follow basic safe-handling practices. Used responsibly on the range or in training, it’s safe for its intended purpose. |
| How does it compare to more expensive laser sights? Is it worth the price? | For the money, it punches above its weight. You get a genuinely bright beam, a clean low-profile design, magnetic USB charging, and an aluminum housing — features you’d often pay a lot more for. It’s a strong value pick for anyone who wants solid performance without spending top dollar. |
| I’m new to laser sights. Is this beginner-friendly? | It’s a great starting point. The direct M-LOK mounting is straightforward, the controls are simple, and the included hex wrench handles both mounting and zeroing. Take your time on the first zero with small adjustments and you’ll be dialed in without much trouble. |
| How big does the dot get at longer distances? | Like any laser, the dot grows slightly the farther out you go — that’s normal physics. At close to mid range it stays tight and easy to aim with. At distance the dot is a bit larger but still usable for getting on target, especially in lower light where the beam color really stands out. |
| Can I use this together with my iron sights or optic? | Absolutely. Because it mounts low on the handguard rather than on top, it doesn’t interfere with your iron sights or optic. Many shooters run it as a complement — using the laser for quick target acquisition or low-light work while keeping their primary aiming system on top. |
| What material is the housing made of, and how durable is it for regular range use? | The housing is built from aircraft-grade aluminum with a Mil-Spec hard-anodized finish, so it holds up well to normal handling, recoil from standard rifle calibers, and outdoor range conditions. The body itself is solid and the finish resists scratching. One thing to keep an eye on is the mounting and adjustment screws — they’re the most likely point of wear, so use the included hex wrench and avoid over-torquing them during installation. |
| Will this laser hold zero after repeated shooting sessions? | For standard rifle calibers like .223/5.56, it generally holds zero well across normal shooting sessions. After mounting, fire a few rounds to confirm the point of impact, then recheck the windage and elevation screws. A small number of users have noted point of aim drift under heavy recoil (for example on 9mm carbines), so if you’re running it on a higher recoil platform, verify zero periodically and make sure the mounting screws stay snug. |
