I was very surprised to see how far the light and laser can go. Very simply to use. I figured everything out without reading the directions. Everything is labeled in a very common sense kinda way on the unit.

I received my V840 series in august as a birth gift. I was impressed with the quality and looks of it. This is not cheap plastic casing but instead aluminum.

I typically only take product descriptions at face. This thing came packaged very well, has everything you need to mount pic. Rail or M-LOK, mine is mounted the later, detailed instructions for mounting and i love it has magnetic charging cord. The laser can be put in 3 differnt modes and is surprisingly bright on its own. It's big enough MOA that you can see it easily a couple hundred yards away at night. The light itself is BRIGHT. It's impressive for sure and I would easily believe it has the output it claims to.

Having multi Reticle/red dot is a plus, brightness to its dimmest setting is dam good for different brightness outside or in. Shake Awake reacts immediately, glad that it does, I hate waiting for a time delay Adjustments were minimal at 20 yards, seems to be made well and light weight Comes with just about everything you need to accommodate your needs and the rubber cover is snug not loose. Comes with extra battery as well, can't hate on that.

I really like the VRD501 I use it for airsoft all the time. It's very lightweight with a minimalist design. Very strong CNC material used to make this optic, paired with non glare glass and easy zeroing of the optic design make this perfect. It includes a strong polymer bid with foam inserts, 2 CR2032 Batteries and riser mount.

I should have reviewed this long ago. I have been very happy with it. Love the protective hood, the shake-awake is how they should all be, and the sight adjusters have a turret-like click feel/sound. I guess I sort of forgot about it in the sense that that is a compliment. Recommended.
